How do I book?
Tell us how you would like your space to feel and a little about your home. We reply with a tailored quote, usually within one working day.
Will I have the same Queen each visit?
Wherever possible, yes. Consistency is central to the experience, and you can nominate a favourite Queen in your dashboard.
Are you insured and vetted?
Every Queen is fully insured, background checked and trained to our five-stage Queen's Ritual standard.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many clients provide secure key access and simply return to a beautifully finished home.
Can I choose my fragrance?
Yes. Select a preferred fragrance from the Signature Collection and we will finish each visit with it.
What is included in the membership?
We track every clean in your dashboard, and loyal clients receive luxury rewards and gifts — signature car scents, wax melts, candles and seasonal editions — alongside priority scheduling and member pricing.
